• Order data: vehicle details, selected services, notes and the files you upload.
• Technical data: IP address, browser user agent and session information needed for login.

We process data to provide the file service and manage your account (performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b)), to meet accounting obligations (legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c)) and to keep the service secure (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).

Data is stored with infrastructure providers acting as processors (hosting, database and file storage). Files are kept in private storage and are only accessible to you and our engineers.

Account and order data are kept while your account is active and afterwards as long as required by accounting law. You may request deletion of your account at any time.
